What is it? N2Deep is a collaborative webcomic for artists of all genres to explore their creative sides by working alongside other artists in producing an ongoing webcomic to display their talents. Artists can take a hand in penciling, inking, and coloring their own submitted works as well as assist on their submissions. Its an excellent "try-out" tool to connect with other artists or studios. This is an excellent resume builder as well. How to get involved? GIRAFNetwork and 4DeepStudio are hosting and directing all the artistic efforts on this collaborative project. Pencilers can sign up to draw a segment of the story in four pages of sequential art. The story segment is available in several formats to assist the artist in completing the pages since they are not the writers of the piece. One version will just be an overview description page which the artist has the freedom to do thumbnails/page layout on their own. An additional view will include a thumbnailed section of the segment from the editor's standpoint on the project which will include thumbnails, panel breaks, image descriptions. These are optional to use but provide an outline of visual breakdowns for the submitting penciler. N2Deep Synopsis As the title suggests, four young heroes find themselves amidst a crisis in their city as an enemy arises from its underbelly with intent to take over.
